We’ve made several updates to the EMP software recently with more to follow so if you haven’t yet updated your site to include some of the excellent new features Mike our programmer has provided for us then please login to your EMP members login and download the most recent update.
Remember it’s standard practice to back up your files just in case.
The updates have been beta tested, but unfortunately it’s only when we get lots of different hosting solutions being used that other problems arise so please can you let us know of any problems you may be experiencing after upgrading by contacting the help desk. You can find the link under support in your members area, they will be quickly attended to.
We’re always looking for ideas on how to upgrade the script, so if you have any let us know via the hep desk and if it’s feasible we’ll put it on the to do list.
We’re also looking for examples of well built sites to showcase on our case studies page. (We keep all links live to give you some link love) 🙂 So if your site is up and running contact us on the help desk with a good screenshot and a short bio of what your site is about.
We’re also looking for both written and video testimonials to add to the EMP site.
If you would like to send us a video testimonial of why you like using EMP etc we’ll be happy to showcase your video on our sales page on a rotating basis with others, again keeping links for your site intact

Hi Kim,
Before I purchase please can I double check that I will be able to run the software on an Apple Mac computer?
Also, would I have any problem integrating it into an existing WordPress blog?

Hi Kim, just bought the EMP… now i need to scratch my head on how to use it (I am a newbie in this stuff).
Just to clarify. The Sales Page (http://limitedtimeoffer.co/2792/easymemberpro) mentioned that I was buying “an UNLIMITED LICENCE and that I could use EMP on as many of my own sites as I wish”. Does this mean that I have Single Licence or Unlimited Licence? I am confused. Please help. Tanks.

You have the unlimited licence and you can use it on as many sites of your own that you wish. You just can’t build client sites with these key as you need a developer licence for that.

Hi Kim, I know you guys are busy with support ticks now, so I hope you can give me quick answer to this question. I’m a little confused about getting started with emp and been reading your pfd report. I understand most of the set up,but this one. Can I use emp as a add on domain like the way we would with WordPress, when we are setting up more than one site like on a baby plan. I hope this makes sense to you. I did not see any video on this in the members area.

Yes you can put it in a sub domain Dennis and don’t forget, you are entitled to a free install if you bought it as part of the relaunch

I am deciding on a reliable host currently. May I know if iPage is a webhost you would recommend and how is it different in comparison with the hosting you are providing (feature-wise and pricing-wise).
Also, is the installation limited to just seven days immediately after the purchase?
If Ipage have a cpanel then you should be good to go, but to be honest I’m not sure, some hosts are not particularly script friendly.
We’re giving folks up to 30 days to have their free install done

We had to close the trial membership down as most folks who “bought” were unfortunately scammers who then didn’t pay.

I am planning to set up a membership site teaching violin online for beginners. I don’t plan to have any other membership sites so if I get the single site licence will I be able to have multiple pages (or does every page of my site count as a “site”?
