We all hate chargebacks, It drives me mad when someone does a chargeback instead of asking for a refund.

I do tend to wonder if they realise it costs the vendor extra money time and effort when a chargeback is involved or whether they even care. After all I’ve always had a very robust money back guarantee. Having said that, I do appreciate that sometimes they are needed if unscrupulous vendors are involved.
